Fourzampe aims to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our customized products, we cannot accept returns unless the products are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Please note that all our products are tailor-made for each customer and may vary slightly in terms of color, size, and finishes. These variations are part of the crafting process and should not be considered defects.

In case of damaged or defective products, please contact us (infor@fourzampe.com) within 7 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement. You will need to provide photographic proof of the damage or defect to assess the request.

To request a return for damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service at the email address [insert customer service email address] and provide the order number, a description of the problem, and relevant photographs. Our team will be happy to assist you and find an appropriate solution.
